23-26 March 2026 in Hammamet, Tunisia, In-person meeting
The Climate Technology Centre and Network will convene the Africa NDE Forum 2026, bringing together government representatives, partners, and climate technology leaders from across the region. Building on over a decade of impact in more than 110 developing countries, the Forum aims to showcase how climate technologies, innovation systems, and digital solutions are driving system-level transformation for climate resilience. The event will highlight regional priorities, successful technical assistance experiences, and emerging opportunities aligned with Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs), Technology Needs Assessments (TNAs), and Technology Action Plans (TAPs), while strengthening collaboration among African countries and the broader climate ecosystem.
Held alongside a region-tailored capacity-building programme on National Systems of Innovation (NSI) for Climate Resilience and Access, the Forum will provide a dynamic platform for dialogue, networking, and partnership-building. The participating NDEs will explore pathways to scale climate technologies across key sectors, including energy, agriculture, water, mobility, and digitalization, with a strong focus on mobilizing finance and enhancing implementation.
