With over 17 years of dedicated experience in promoting of gender equality and empowering women and girls in Nepal, I have developed plethora of knowledge and skills for sustaining gender equitable norms within both private and public spheres. My expertise lies in ensuring GESI mainstreaming across all aspects of development work.

She is the CEO of Globalyx and is widely recognized for designing and scaling cross-border initiatives that connect climate intelligence, emerging technologies, and inclusive innovation.

I have 20+ years of research, relief, and developmental work experience in the field of market and economic development; green TVET; food security; and health and nutrition in Nepal, India, Yemen and Israel while working for private, civil society, and government agencies. I have designed and managed both MEAL and project implementation for the project financed by Happel/ Gates/ Cargill Foundation, BMZ, ECHO, EU, USAID, FCDO, BMGF, SIDA, DFAT and UNWFP; that also included designing and handling of “innovation challenge funds”.
