These guidelines provide practical direction on how gender equality should be integrated into CTCN Technical Assistance projects in the energy sector, in line with the CTCN Gender Policy and Action Plan (2023–2027). They apply across the entire energy value chain ,  from generation and distribution to energy access and productive use ,  to ensure energy interventions benefit both women and men equitably.
