Networking & Collaboration

Technologies are vital to building climate-resilient, low-carbon societies. Many essential technologies already exist — the challenge is to get them deployed where they are needed, and to build the enabling environments to support technology innovation, adaptation and scale-up. An overwhelming number of developing countries’ Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) under the Paris Agreement indicate a requirement for technology support and capacity building in order to achieve their commitments. To meet this need, the CTCN serves as a demand-driven and trusted partner, matching the needs of developing countries for climate change-related equipment, methods, capacity development, and policy advice with the world-class expertise of its Network and our collaborators.

Uluslararası Su Kuyusu Yardım Derneği (International Water Well Aid Association)

Founded in 2020, the Uluslararası Su Kuyusu Yardım Derneği (International Water Well Aid Association) is an independent non-governmental organization dedicated to providing sustainable, technology-driven water access solutions in developing countries facing severe water scarcity and climate change impacts.

Our interdisciplinary team comprises environmental engineers, geologists, mapping engineers, chemists, and project managers. We specialize in scientific groundwater exploration, water quality analysis, and the implementation of climate-resilient water infrastructures, including deep wells, storage tanks, and distribution networks. By leveraging technical expertise and data-driven methods, we ensure the long-term sustainability of water resources in vulnerable geographies.

Operating primarily across Africa and Asia (including countries like Tanzania, Chad, and Bangladesh), we have successfully implemented numerous community-based water projects. Our work directly contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goal 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation) and enhances local capacities for climate adaptation.

We are a registered entity on the UN Global Marketplace (UNGM), a participant in the UN Global Compact, and a member of the World Water Council. As a CTC-N Network Member, we aim to offer our extensive on-the-ground operational capacity, strong local community engagement, and proven track record of deploying practical water technologies to build climate resilience in regions that need it most.
