The Pacific Community (SPC) is seeking a consultant to review and finalize the Green Climate Fund (GCF) concept note “Establishing resilient, low carbon agricultural systems in Tonga, Vanuatu and Samoa”.

The objective of the consultancy is to collect missing data, revise the concept note based on the GCF comments and engage with relevant stakeholders from the three countries.
