    Professional in International Relations with emphasis in International Law from Universidad del Norte, Colombia. With a Master's Degree in Conservation Leadership from the University of Cambridge, 2022-2023. Postgraduate degree in Climate Change, Cities and Leadership from FLACSO Ecuador. Certified in Climate Change Adaptation Finance from the Frankfurt School of Management and Finance. With 12 years of experience in management, policy, planning and formulation of climate change and biodiversity projects and campaigns at territorial and regional level in Colombia, Paraguay and countries of Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), incorporating gender and feminist leadership approaches for the management of nature and climate justice in policies, projects and initiatives such as the Gender and Environmental Data Alliance and the Women for Climate Justice network.
