I am a gender and environment specialist with over 17 years of experience at the nexus of climate action, gender justice, and sustainable development. My academic background in international development and organizational management is complemented by extensive practical work leading multi-country projects, managing partnerships, and advising on gender mainstreaming in climate and energy programmes. As Director of WECF Georgia, I established and grew the country office, coordinating technical initiatives such as gender-sensitive mitigation actions, CO₂ assessments of clean energy technologies, and climate policy advocacy. I have worked as a consultant for UN Women, UNDP, and other international organizations, supporting gender integration into environmental strategies and national climate reporting. In parallel, I co-founded Ecovillage Georgia, an inclusive community space advancing sustainable practices and resilience. I bring both technical expertise and a participatory, intersectional approach, ensuring that climate technologies and policies are accessible, equitable, and rooted in local realities.
