UNEP is organizing the first global Science‐Policy Forum in Nairobi, 19 -20 May 2016, as part of the overall programme for the second session of the UN Environment Assembly (UNEA‐2) 23‐27 May 2016.
The Forum presents an excellent opportunity for the science community to engage with policy‐makers and have a constructive dialogue on the science and knowledge required to support informed decision making to deliver on the environmental dimension of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. A number of high‐level and inspirational speakers will address various sessions of the Forum.
