A high-level roundtable exploring how technology innovation drives climate adaptation through advanced atmospheric monitoring, early warning systems for extreme events, and climate-smart solutions for agriculture and food security. The discussion will also address financing mechanisms for local adaptation, the role of public innovation agencies in scaling resilient technologies, and opportunities for global cooperation and technology transfer under the Paris Agreement highlighting experiences from Brazil and international partners.
