CTCN Event: Accelerating Clean Energy Transformation in Partnership with the Private Sector

The Climate Technology Centre and Network (CTCN), with support from the European Commission and the Ministry of the Environment, Japan, organized a Deep Dive Workshop on Accelerating Clean Energy Transformation in Partnership with the Private Sector at the Asia Clean Energy Forum (ACEF) 2019.  The Forum took place on 17 – 21 June 2019, and the CTCN workshop will be on Monday, 17 June 2019 in Manila, Philippines.

The Deep Dive Workshop aimed to enhance private sector participation in clean energy technology partnerships. The first panel offered participants the perspectives and experiences of government agencies and private sector implementing partners on the benefits and challenges for public-private partnerships to drive clean energy transitions. The second panel was dedicated to sharing experiences from leading public and private actors on proven and emerging opportunities for private sector growth from clean energy transitions.
