The Climate Technology Centre and Network (CTCN) will host the 2025 LAC National Designated Entity (NDE) Forum and Capacity Building Programme in Panama City from 19 to 22 May, 2025.
This joint event brings together climate technology leaders, policymakers, and partners from across Latin America and the Caribbean to exchange knowledge, strengthen collaboration, and advance climate solutions tailored to regional and national needs.
The NDE Forum offers a space to share experiences from CTCN-supported projects, highlight best practices, and explore innovative climate technologies that respond to local priorities. It also provides a platform to build stronger regional networks and foster partnerships that can accelerate the implementation of national climate goals.
Held alongside the Forum, the Capacity Building Programme will focus on climate technology and finance, with a spotlight on digital solutions and agricultural transformation. Through interactive sessions, including project ideation with financial institutions and hands-on workshops on scaling up projects, participants will explore how to align technology initiatives with available funding. This joint event is designed to turn ideas into action and support countries in developing impactful, fundable climate technology projects.
