1. Examine the assumptions of the methodology.
2. Perform emissions measurements and produce respective reports. Each report is expected to include a proposed action plan for emissions reduction and a respective ranking e.g. as per proposed actions significance, timing and contribution on future emissions improvement.
3. Helpdesk support provided for the proper alignment and implementation of the methodology across portfolio companies within the required timeline.
4. Compilation of emission measurements into a portfolio-wide Report.
