To deal with the climate change effects (decline of agricultural productivity, progressive rural migration) coupled with an overexploitation of fuel wood, this good practice case study illustrates the way that Ndem NGO has significantly implemented innovative climate change options (photovoltaic solar energy, production of biochar and cooking stoves, electro-solar pumping, organic and localized irrigated cropping system).Apart from the foreign funds, the incomes generated from the sales of crafting products "Maam Samba" have enabled to implement these options which in turn, create local green employment and improve the welfare of Ndem community.
