This publication,  CTCN's Collaborative Research Development and Demonstration Activities - Lessons Identified and Way Forward,  marks the first in a series on facilitating collaborative research, development and demonstration (cRD&D) through the CTCN PAL Office in Korea. 

 

Delivered with the Korea National Institute of Green Technology (NIGT), the 2025 programme combined learning visits, bridge-building, and targeted workshops to enable technical exchange and partnerships between developing countries and research and industry actors.

 

The report introduces a readiness-based service idea: supporting countries without cRD&D through national technical assistance, while advancing sub-regional and global collaboration (including expert-level twinning) for those with existing capacities. 

The next publication in the series will focus on lessons from national-level technical assistance for cRD&D.
