Development of additional capacity for waste plastic recycling in terms of producing final products. The aim of the planned project is to develop additional capacity for waste plastic recycling in terms of producing final products. The investment in new technology will allow manufacturers of plastic pipes and fittings to use both the internal production waste as well as plastic waste collected externally in the production of professional sewage pump floors. The new plastic production line will be assembled, consisting of an automated grinder, a blender and an extrusion cooker, allowing plastic pipes and plastic sheet to be made by processing the maximum amount of waste from other production lines and external waste plastic as raw material.
Expected outcome:
The expected outcome of the project is that the new sewage-pump line will use at least 30% waste plastic as a raw material (annually 9 t of processing waste and 60 t of external plastic waste).
