Networking & Collaboration
Technologies are vital to building climate-resilient, low-carbon societies. Many essential technologies already exist — the challenge is to get them deployed where they are needed, and to build the enabling environments to support technology innovation, adaptation and scale-up. An overwhelming number of developing countries’ Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) under the Paris Agreement indicate a requirement for technology support and capacity building in order to achieve their commitments. To meet this need, the CTCN serves as a demand-driven and trusted partner, matching the needs of developing countries for climate change-related equipment, methods, capacity development, and policy advice with the world-class expertise of its Network and our collaborators.

DATA M Limited (DATAM)
DATAM promotes a national joint project to achieve the Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC) by combining the Proof of Carbon Reduction (PCR) technology with sustainable domestic and foreign green technology to share technology with underdeveloped countries and developing countries, thereby improving the quality of human life, reducing fossil energy consumption and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. It was established to contribute to the response of the POST-2020 new climate system. DATAM is promoting the eco-friendly public transportation conversion project with the approval of the national project from the Laos government in January 2019. In June, DATAM is promoting the eco-friendly smart public transportation BRT system construction project that concluded an agreement with Ho Chi Minh City, the world's best traffic congestion city. DATAM is a member of the Climate Chain Coalition (CCC) supported by UNFCCC, with two representatives and directors currently serving as the CCC's steering committee and researchers.
