I am working in the domains of Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI) policy research, Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) led R&D, Strengthen Industry-Academia interlinkage, Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs), and Disaster Risk Management (DRM). I have a Ph.D. in snow physics. My expertise is an interdisciplinary mixture of fields such as Physics (Subfields: Solid state /Applied/ Electronics/ Experimental/ Engineering/ Computational Physics), Statistics, Cryosphere, Computer languages, Geophysical Instrumentation, and Data analysis. I have a sound knowledge of computer languages such as Origin, Python, R, and MATLAB which motivates me to cater to projects at the individual level. I am efficient in handling Data repositories such as PYPI; working with different tools to manage Data Repositories such as Github; creating new Data frames at various platforms such as Anaconda, and Jupitar; Designing with Data visualization tools with Quarto, D3 Gallary; Mining Recommender Functions through Machine Learning.
I have contributed to some important national and international projects in the domain of Technology Transfer, Gender Equality for DRM, Research Designs and Ethics, Promoting Open Science and Scientific Conduct Research that centered on Intellectual Honesty, Integrity, Reproducibility, and Scientific Misconduct in various capacities like subject expert, curriculum author, science expert, editor and knowledge sharing partner/coordinator. In my present capacity, I am providing Policy recommendations to the Department of Science & Technology (DST), GoI to strengthen the STI ecosystem of India in various Technology focus domains such as AI through my Mapping Studies. Recently, I have been selected as a 'Member' for CODATA of the International Science Council (ISC) -‘Data Ethics Task Group’. I have been promoting Science diplomacy-related projects/policies by contributing towards community initiatives such as the Research Data Alliance (RDA), ICTP Global Science Network, International Organization for Academic and Scientific Development (IOASD), All India Council For Technical Skill Development, International Association of Fairs and Expositions (IAFE), etc. As well as, being a reviewer of National and International Journals.
