With over 15 years of experience as a researcher and educator in five countries, I am a UNDP vetted gender and social inclusion expert who applies participatory and equity-centered approaches to research and evaluation. I have expertise in gender as a cross-cutting theme in various areas of international development migration, climate change-related displacement and livelihood, youth development and education. In my past roles, I provided project development, management, and support for research on gender integration and mainstreaming, intersectionality, and system-level change. I also offered technical and substantive guidance and advisory services on thematic research, and develop research funding plans and proposals. I have worked on projects for agencies such as USAID, DoS, UN-ACT, NSF, and NIH. My current work focuses mainly on South Asia, Southeast Asia, Kenya, and Uganda.
