Millie Ogden builds infrastructure for a Pacific SIDS, Vanuatu. She is the founder and Project Director of Green Horizon Energy, a Geothermal Direct-Use for Agriculture Processing. She is also the founder and CEO of 3 Link, an ISP licensee in Vanuatu delivering satellite broadband to schools, clinics, farms, and government in remote areas. She served on the board of the Vanuatu Rural Development Bank and with Kacific Broadband Satellite International. A Digital Technology Advisor to the Commonwealth Businesswomen’s Network, she champions gender inclusion in the digital economy. She is a UN SDG Ambassador, and Next Generation Leader Fellow. Millie is a former Vanuatu Trade Commissioner to California. A UC Berkeley economics graduate, she previously worked at MSCI and BCG. She speaks English, French, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Bislama.
