Ksenia Kurileva is the founder of ALMANAC Co., a strategic consultancy advancing industrial sustainability and climate technology commercialization across EMEA. She specializes in innovation pathways and demonstration projects for hard-to-abate sectors working with global industrials and government agencies, multilateral organizations including UNDP, to bridge research, development, and demonstration with scaled deployment.
Championing women entrepreneurs in climate, Ksenia advises women-owned climate enterprises through RAMA Impact, with particular focus on supporting entrepreneurs in Kenya and Uganda. She has collaborated with UN CTCN on a range of programmes including Seedstars MENA, building capacity for women-led ventures in emerging markets.
A Newton Venture Program Fellow at the London Business School and mentor on startup accelerators like Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL), Ksenia brings multilingual capacity (English, Russian, Italian, Norwegian) and cross-cultural expertise to facilitate climate technology transfer and gender-inclusive innovation ecosystems across Europe, MENA, and Africa.
