- He is born in Haiti. He is studying Education science and other. Now he is Executive Director of UNASCAD (Union des Amis Socio Culturels d’Action en Développement), a civil society organization listed in the databases of UNCSO, accredited by Global Compact for Migration and UN-Environment, recognized by Major Groups, Together First, Guardian, UNDRR/Stakeholders Engagement Mechanism (SEM), PAN (Pandemic Action Network), PMNCH (Partnership Maternal Newborn Children Health)
- He is Consultant and Advisory steering committee for Action for Global Health (AfGH)
- He is member of CLIO (Cadre de Liaison Inter-Organisations) / Health commission
- On the auspices of Together First, he is the Focal point to celebrate the UN75th anniversary in Haiti for this year 2020.
- He is Commitment Volunteer of Sendai Framework.
- He is co-author of multiple newsletters written and distributed in the intense promotion of the Sendai Framework linked to SDG and COP21.
