Engr. Faiz Mohammad Bhutta is PEC registered Professional Engineer in Electrical discipline, He has done MBA Marketing from IBA Punjab University and MS/MPhil Business Administration from Virtual University of Pakistan. He has done Post Graduate Diploma in Telecommunication form COMSATS. He has more than 35 years of experience of serving at technical and managerial posts in national and multinational companies. Apart from his professional career, he has served as a visiting teacher on engineering and management subjects in Air University, COMSATS University and UMT. He is running his own consulting firm with the name of Techfa Consulting and Training Center with the name of Energy Training and Research Center (ETRC). So far, we have trained more than 5000 persons in Power, Solar, Solar Pumping, MHP and Energy Management.
He has contributed as member PEC Task force on Building Energy Code 2011, Pakistan Electric and Telecommunication Safety Code 2014, Fire Code of Pakistan 2016 and now member of PEC task force on Development of Pakistan Green Building Code 2023
He is member of International Solar Society Germany (ISES), Life member of PEC, Life Member of IEP, Life member of IEEEP, Life Member of HVACR Society and member of Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) USA. He is founder president of Pakistan Chapter of AEE USA.
He is a master trainer from GIZ Pakistan on solar. He got TOT training from RENAC Berlin. He is TOT on Solar from German Solar Academy Network (GSAN). He is TOT on Energy System Optimization from International Institute for Energy Training. He is also a resource person on CPD program on Solar from Pakistan Engineering Council. He also got 20 days training from China –HNAC on Planning, construction and Management of Small and Medium Hydro Power Plants.
