PhD, MEng, Civil Engineer and Geodetic Engineer. She ranked 8th Place in the 1993 Jr Geodetic Licensure Examination of the Philippine Regulation Commission (PRC), Philippines. I have an educator in civil engineering for 24 years and have worked in 4 other countries (PNG, USA, Kingdom of Bahrain, Philippines). Member of the ACIGS, ASTM International, PICE, GEP, SWE.
