Please provide your short bio reflecting on your academic, professional and practical background

I am a committed ecologist, waste manager, and advocate for circular economy principles, dedicated to driving positive change in biodiversity preservation and combating climate crises. My expertise lies at the intersection of conservation science and circular economy practices, understanding the pivotal role these disciplines play in mitigating environmental degradation and promoting peace through sustainable practices.

Having completed the BioversNG Workshop on biodiversity conservation, gaining increased insight and skills over six impactful weeks, I'm now equipped to further protect Nigeria’s biodiversity.

In addition to my fieldwork experience, I leverage ecological principles and waste management strategies as instruments for climate action and fostering peace initiatives. As a co-founder of the Ecology Students Forum, I actively engage in discussions not only to enhance ecological learning but also to explore how these insights can be harnessed for broader climate resilience and peace-building efforts.

My goal is to bridge the gap between conservation, circular economy, climate action, and peace advocacy by fostering interdisciplinary collaborations and promoting dialogue that acknowledges the interconnectedness of environmental sustainability, peace, and global well-being.
