Technology Transfer South South Cooperation Centre
The Technology Transfer South-South Cooperation Center(TTSSCC) was officially launched in Beijing on 12 September 2019(make preparation from 2014) with approval of Ministry of Science and Technology and jointly formulated by ACCA21 and UNDP. As one of the concrete actions under the framework of MOU signed between the Ministry of Science and Technology and UNDP, the Technology Transfer South-South Cooperation Center is aiming at: establishing technology transfer platform and database to enable match-making of the demands and supplies of technology transfers, and to provide the South-South cooperation partners with suitable solutions for
sustainable development technology; formulating new type high-end think tank on South-South cooperation for sustainable development to conduct strategy policy research, and to explore new modality which could apply China’s best practice and experience to overcome common challenges for technology cooperation under the global governance; establishing pivot along “Belt and Road” for demonstration and promotion of advanced and applicable technologies, to share experiences in innovation-driven development with "Belt and Road" countries;
Constructing a base that addressing climate changes by technologies and accelerate sustainable development capacity building, to undertake sustainable development capacity building and developing countries’ assistance programme that entrusted by different countries’ government and UNDP and other international organizations.
