ALLPLAN is an Austria based consulting company established in 1967. With about 60 employees ALLPLAN holds its recognized position in the national and international consulting market. The company has managed numerous projects commissioned by national and international organizations and IFIs as the EBRD, GIZ, IFC, UNIDO, NEFCO, IIC, EIB, the EU, the World Bank including a number of international verification assignments.

Experience with Verifications and Green Technologies
A lot of ALLPLAN’s experience is concentrated in the Technical Assistance component for EBRD’s GEFFs as implemented by the EBRD in a number of countries and focusing on financing of Green Technologies and SME support. In doing so ALLPLAN’s international and local experts validate concerned sub-projects against certain criteria (on-site and desk-based verification) and define whether the sub-project is eligible for grant payment.

To this day, ALLPLAN team verified for the EBRD around 4400 sub-projects with around 750 MEUR investments and approved more than 90 MEUR in grants. Among others, the consortium led by ALLPLAN has acted as Verification Consultant for GEFF Tajikistan I until June 2023.

Furthermore, ALLPLAN acts as Verification Consultant for the following ongoing assignments: KyrSEFF III, DCFTA-program for SMEs, GEFF Morocco, SME Competitive Facility in EaP-countries, GEFF Egypt I + II, GVC Egypt.

In the field of environmental technology ALLPLAN is also one of the leading consulting companies in Austria, where about 50% of the main industrial energy users already having been optimized by the Allplan Energy Efficiency Program, which identifies energy efficiency and emission reduction potentials. Allplan Energy Efficiency Program also includes:
 Energy audits in buildings, the industry and transportation services,
 Evaluation of existing optimization projects (all company types),
 Support in follow-up activities and realization.
