Residential water heaters

  • Caldo 10V has high quality injected PUF insulation which conserves heat longer, resulting in significant savings in energy costs. As a result, Caldo 10V water heater has 5 star rating, the highest standard of the Bureau of Energy Efficiency or BEE.

The digital temperature display allows to see the temperature of the hot water inside the tank. This ensures that water is set to the right temperature.

  • The Easy Photovoltech  Solar Water Heater is manufactured for domestic & industrial applications. It is made of high-density Borosilicate tubes which are vaccumised / air evacuated to prevent conduction and convection heat losses. The construction of the collector tube is similar to a thermos flask in that it comprises  two borosilicate glass tubes; one sealed inside the other. The outside of the inner glass tube is coated with a solar selector surface (Al-N/Al) and the space between the two tubes is evacuated and maintained at a high vacuum.

  • Solar water heating systems are eco-friendly devices that both heat and store water. The ETC (Evacuated Tube Collector) system of this solar water heater can heat water up to 60-80'C depeding on solar radiation and weather conditions.

The ETC is made of double layer borosilicate glass tubes. The outer wall of the inner tube is coated with an absorbing material which helps absorption of solar radiation and transfers heat to the water that flows throught he inner tube.

  • Midi Compact is a complete, ready-to-install district heating substation for heating and hot water. Midi Compact is available in four sizes and is designed for buildings that have a primary connection to a district heating network. The sizes offered are 75, 100, 150 and 200 kW heating, with matching hot water output.

Alfa Laval has years of experience in district heating technology and has developed Midi Compact with well-planned pipework and with all components easily accessible for inspection and future servicing.

  • The solar water heater can be expanded or reduced in number as per the requirement. It contains independent water heaters integrated together to cater a bigger size need, which increases efficiency as the number of heaters can be decided as per the requirement. Installation is possible in series or in parallel. The system utilizes the Magnetron Sputtering Technique, which is a special selective black coating used to absorb the solar energy. Insulation is provided by evacuated glass tubes and the system works on the principle of natural thermosyphon circulation.
