The present research shows the current status of the water, energy and security for both resources in the Dominican Republic. Water and energy resources are afected by internal and external factors, such as the climate change. Ensure the security of water and energy, under the new institutional framework and more synergy of all sectors, will make better choices for the management and security of the above resources for more control and efficiency.
