The Green Paper identifies and discusses the potential impacts of climate change, local vulnerabilities, adaptation options, and the U.K Virgin Islands' capacity to respond. The overarching goal of the project is to build local capacity to plan and implement measures to adapt to climate change within the context of national development planning processes. ECACC provides funding for climate and ecosystem monitoring, vulnerability and capacity assessments, adaptation strategy development, and public education.
