This report summarizes the National Productivity Council's findings of the overall impacts of India's energy efficiency programs through fiscal year 2009-10. The report verifies the fuel and energy savings from five programs: standards and labeling; industry energy conservation awards; energy savings from state-designated agencies; building efficiency; and the Bachat Lamp Yojana light bulb replacement scheme.
