This study is part of a programme of work to explore climate finance readiness needs in Zambia, Namibia and Tanzania. A collaborative and iterative approach was taken to first distil the core components of climate finance readiness, and second, to engage with key state and non-state actors in order to both identify and build consensus on the practical activities that could strengthen readiness to use climate finance effectively in each country.
