This document outlines the commitments of the Caribbean's governments under the UNFCCC. Whilst the nations of the region are not expected to curtail their carbon emissions they must nevertheless take measures to reduce the impacts of climate change on their societies. In this respect, regional governments will receive financial and technical assistance towards this adaptation initiative.
