This report presents the experience fo a project implemented in Oaxaca, Mexico with the purpose of mitigating the environmental impact of effluents from the production of mezcal (a traditional drink of Mexico) in Casa Armando Guillermo Prieto which began a project that involves the installation of a high efficiency digester with capacity to receive your total effluent distillery.
