Towards Energy Access in Haiti

This recorded webinar explores the energy access situation in Haiti and efforts underway to increase access there. Jean-Jumeau presents on the Haitian government’s electrification efforts to date and the success of current programs, such as "Ban m limyè, Ban m lavi" ("Give me light, give me life"). Allison Archambault and Michelle Lacourciere discuss their organizations’ activities to help scale up energy access in Haiti in tandem with the government’s efforts. Participants discuss the rural electrification model in Haiti and how it could be scaled up and applied to other contexts.
