TopTen is a web portal intended to a) guide consumers to the most energy efficient appliances in Europe, China, and the United States, b) provide policy recommendations based on TopTen’s overview of most efficient products in product categories, and c) provide guidance on tender criteria for energy efficiency technology procurement.
