This brochure provides an overview of the alliance’s approach to gender capacity building, which includes six key components: (1) understanding gender due diligence outcomes and establishing a baseline, (2) increasing gender awareness and understanding, (3) conducting gender analysis, (4) creating a gender action plan, (5) implementing gender-focused actions and (6) learning through monitoring, evaluation and documentation.
