Strategy Paper for the Long-term Perspective Beyond 2012, Including Sectoral Approaches, to Facilitate the Development, Deployment, Diffusion, and Transfer of Technologies

This document presents findings of the work of the United Nations Expert Group on Technology Transfer on its elaboration of a strategy paper for the long-term perspective beyond 2012, including sectoral approaches, to facilitate the development, deployment, diffusion, and transfer of technologies under the Convention. It presents an integrated strategy with a long-term vision, strategic objectives, and concrete options as well as the possible implementation approaches from both functional and administrative perspectives.
