This report addresses how Norway could continue in its role as a world leader in carbon capture and sequestration (CCS) development and deployment by simplifying and streamlining their CCS regulation and by filling in the gaps in legislation. The report also addresses the barrier that an overhaul in the nation's regulations would require time and resources that Norway may not be willing to invest.
