This report is the first joint product from the Southern Voices Programme, a programme which aims to support and strengthen the advocacy skills and institutional capacity of Southern climate networks to benefit those who are most vulnerable to climate change. The programme consists of more than 20 climate networks and their member organisations. This vast array of actors have contributed with their experiences of raising awareness on climate change issues and from influencing climate change policies and practices in a wide range of countries, including many of the poorest in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Pacific.
