Renewables Global Status Report 2018

Published annually since 2005, this report provides a comprehensive and timely overview of the renewable energy market, industry, investment and policy developments worldwide. It relies on up-to-date renewable energy data provided by an international network of hundreds of contributors, researchers and authors to enable “policymakers, industry, investors and civil society to make informed decisions.” The report covers recent developments and key trends. It does not provide analysis or forecasts. The Renewables Global Status Report (GSR) is a sister publication to the Global Trends in Renewable Energy Investment Report (GTR).
