The Energy Sector Management Assistance Program (ESMAP), in collaboration with the Advisory Services of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), carried out a comprehensive training program on renewable energy for World Bank Group staff in 2012. This module addresses geothermal energy topics, such as technology transfer, resource management, social/environmental impacts and financing, with included case studies.
