FENERCAƍ(Increased use of renewable energy resources in Central America) was a USAID-funded program, started in Central America, with the goal of providing enterprise development services to potential entrepreneurs. The FENERCA program included provisions for policy support (the most notable of which took place in Honduras) and sought to link entrepreneurial candidates with sources of financing even though the program itself did provide this financing.
