This report, published by the International Centre for Environmental Management in 2007, outlines an impact and vulnerability assessment of the extent of anticipated sea level rise (SLR) in Viet Nam. It can be used to inform policymakers and donors operating within the country. The study provides geospatial analysis that offers insights into the most susceptible locations and most important issues relating to SLR in Viet Nam. It is also careful to outline the limitations that SLR assessments struggle to overcome. In addition, the report proposes fields for further development in order to achieve more reliable and detailed vulnerability and impact assessments that are relevant to policymakers.
