This report provides general policy information on low-carbon options for electricity generation. It identifies the existing and potential low-carbon technologies as well as specific policies that would create widespread development and deployment of low-carbon tools. The analysis was developed using "technology-by-technology" breakdown to identify which policies will be needed to deploy technology on national and international scales.
