This report, published by The International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT), describes the wide range of options available to decarbonize the transport in the Pacific Coast region of North America and to meet the policy targets of the region. From low-carbon fuels that can replace over a quarter of the gasoline and diesel used by vehicles in the Pacific Coast region by 2030 to low-carbon fuels that can reduce the overall carbon intensity of on-road transportation fuels in the region, many different technologies exist are emerging that can be deployed for similar oil-saving and climate mitigation benefits.
