The year 2015 is of a greater significance in ‘development’ history of +195 countries that agreed to work on a development pathway that is sustainable and ‘leaves no one behind’. This development framework includes three major agreements, which are: a) Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction (SFDRR) b) Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) c) Paris Agreement on Climate Change.
