Offshore Wind Technology and Deployment: Critical Deployment Issues

This report covers and summarizes the International Energy Agency's Wind Task 23 meetings, which focus on the critical issues of offshore wind deployment. This paper also summarizes the shared leanings and conclusions of an international group of experts (from the meetings) on grid integration, environmental and other deployment barriers.
