National Initiative on Climate Resilient Agriculture (NICRA) is a network project of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research that aims to enhance resilience of Indian agriculture to climate change and climate vulnerability through strategic research and technology demonstration. Tools and services include weather data, manuals, software and an atlas that presents an analysis of relative vulnerability of rural districts of India in terms of sensitivity, exposure and adaptive capacity.
