This framework for climate change adaptation is intended to guide action by jurisdictions over 5-7 years and support decision makers with practical resources to help manage climate change impacts. The framework provides climate change projections and regional scenarios at scales that are relevant to decision makers. It also establishes a new centre for climate change adaptation to provide decision makers with information on climate change impacts, vulnerability and adaptation options.
