This study sheds light on some important aspects of the relationship between NAMAs and Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation in Developing Countries (REDD+) and possible implications for developing countries of integrating them into a coherent national strategy towards climate change mitigation. The study is based on case studies from Indonesia, Lao PDR, Philippines, Thailand and Viet Nam.
